Week One – Introduction to the Resilience Concept and the Heart-Focused Breathing™ Technique.
Week Two – You will walk away with a clear understanding of the science concepts, energy drains and renewal and resilience-building techniques/ strategies.
Week Three – You will walk away with a clear understanding of the science concepts, energy drains and renewal and three resilience-building techniques/ strategies.
Week Four –Building on the previous weeks and includes Building and Sustaining Resilience using a new technique/strategy, Prep, Shift and Reset, and Sustain strategy, Practical Intuition and the Freeze Frame Technique.
Week Five – Focuses on enhancing communication skills. It builds on the previous weeks and includes sections on Relational Energetics, Energetics of Communication and the Coherence Communication Technique.
Week Six –Focuses on creating a coherent climate or work environment and ends with Action Plans for Plugging Energy Leaks and Building Resilience Capacity.
